I forgot you are in theUK. Still, plenty of people there do manage to
get decent DW or the equivalent. And you can always get a small
distiller. Probably the easiest option, and the one I choose. I can
purchase DW everywhere in my area but it often isn't pure enough, so I
distill my own, and for CS making, I distill twice. There is always a
way, if you really want to do something. And having my distiller,
distilling twice are far less bother than doing without CS in an
emergency. I simply do not have the financial wherewithal to purchase
CS, and without making my own many of the valuable uses for CS I have
become used to would not be possible. If I had to purchase CS (even the
reasonably priced options, see the suppliers list in the SilverPets
"Links") would mean I'd have to ration its use, and stop many uses,
which is something I'm just not willing to do.
