I have to agree with you here Charles. Unfortunately, because of the media
hype since the seventies/eighties, *everyone* has been brainwashed into
thinking they *must* have low cholesterol, when in reality, this *could*

potentially dangerous, in certain criteria. For instance, an older person
should really have higher cholesterol rather than lower, because of wear

tear on the vascular system. The body is desperately trying to repair
itself. Did I not read also, that the brain is mostly made of
cholesterol?
What a disaster that could be, and people wonder why there is so much
altzheimers around now!
I cannot persuade my friend who is diabetic; no matter how much literature

show her to the contrary, that statin drugs are BAD! She still faithfully
takes it because, *her doctor says she should have low cholesterol because
she is diabetic* nothing I can say will change her mind so I have given
up.

'lowered', or fall within any designated 'range' (determined by whom? By
What criteria?) is a scam... Not just the selling of the drugs to do the
Lowering.
FORGET ABOUT WHAT YOUR CHOLESTEROL LEVELS ARE.
Focus on eating right for your metabolic type - I.e., focus on *health*.
