On the iodine question, I have some tincture of iodine, but it has a
poison sticker on it. I read in a previous post that tincture of iodine
is sodium iodine (iodate?), and lugol's has potassium iodine, does that
make it a poison, or is it just the iodine itself in too large a
quantity?
