Zeb, it would be really good to do a thorough search on the internet on soy. 
Try words like soy and dangers or problems.  One of the things that has 
emerged on various groups is that the oriental way of preparing it is safe, 
ie fermenting, but the current way of just tossing it in everything is 
messing with hormones and is quite a health hazard.

I am a little cautious about the soy thou and feel better using the 
fermented types.When I use soy milk, I seem to experience hormonal problems 
and I havent quite figured out why yet. I am kind of experimenting with 
this.
