Second try... I have 2 more that don't seem to have gone through either.

Sorry if I'm being redundant from past posts, but I just rejoined the
list. Is there an idodine therapy for an under active thyroid that works
for any of you?
Thanks again!

It depends on what all is in it. I am on an iodine list where I get my
info but still have questions. When you check the groups there are
several re thyroid care also. Mostly I think if Lugol's that their
solution is in purified water instead of alcohol so just maybe that is
the reason you might be able to take your two drops. I have been trying
to find out myself so now I just take a cotton qtip and paint some on an
area unseen. That is always safe.
Oh, were you the one who responded to me some time back and said you
would write me personally? If so my email is [email protected]
any time.

Feather Glo is an oral iodine supplement- I had a parakeet that had a
goiter which resolved after giving him this. It makes me wonder if I
could drink it too. It has iodine and potassium iodine.

By the way, what is feather glo? I'll bet you can still buy at the pet
store. I got the regular Iodine Tincture at KV Pet. If interested I'll
get you the website or 800 number. They also have cleanses very
reasonable (nutritional products).

Well, no, they don't talk about that around here. I thought you have
to have a prescription- is that right?
I think I would like to have some. Did you know that birds need it
too? I used to have to give my birds "FeatherGlo", a supplement for
iodine.

Hi Wayne.
Does everyone have their Potassium Iodide (KI) pills dispensed by
your town government?
The town that I live in is dispensing two potassium iodide pills to
each resident in the event of a nuclear problem at the nuclear plant
about 25 miles from here. I've got mine. Have you got yours?
