Wouldn't taking hydrogen peroxide orally be the most affordable way to
increase oxygen? And, why do you say that breathing oxygen wouldn't
increase oxygen in the blood? Seems like it should. I'm not sure I

There are two known ways to increase tissue/blood oxygenation levels -
hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy.
The safest and most affordable is an ozone sauna.
