Some alternative type MDs have been advocating a method with the fancy name of EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) which is merely breathing an increased concentration of oxygen while doing some form of light exercise such as treadmill or stationary bicycle, and indicate that it is very effective in getting extra oxygen into the body. There are two known ways to increase tissue/blood oxygenation levels - hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy. The safest and most affordable is an ozone sauna.
