Some alternative type MDs have been advocating a method with the fancy
name of EWOT (Exercise With Oxygen Therapy) which is merely breathing an
increased concentration of oxygen while doing some form of light
exercise such as treadmill or stationary bicycle, and indicate that it
is very effective in getting extra oxygen into the body.

Some people do... the problem is, even a broken (old fashioned
mechanical) clock is right twice a day...

The FTC is just another tool of the petty tyrants in Washington.

If people want to spend their hard earned money on a fools pipe dream,
they should be allowed to suffer the consequences of their own actions,
whether I or anyone else thinks they are foolish or not.

Not sure if this was said by you (Wayne) or WileyCoyote, but it sounds
like Wileys words... regardless, it is just plain ignorance - breathing
pure oxygen will not increase blood oxygen levels one bit...

There are two known ways to increase tissue/blood oxygenation levels -
hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and ozone therapy.

The safest and most affordable is an ozone sauna.

I personally believe that the ultimate 'oxygen-fest' could be
accomplished by immediately following an ozone sauna session by a
hyperbaric oxygen session - but I can't afford a hyperbaric oxygen
chamber, and don't know anyone who has one, and none of the clinics that
do offer ozone saunas (that I know of).
