Dear Faith. I am sorry you are suffering in this way. Considering your exercise regimes , I urge you to drop the supplements, eat only unprocessed food - - which means commitment a stocked kitchen, and a source of fresh wholesome vegetable, plus a sharp knife. Also, use natural salt and do try black salt one day as a condiment.

Thank you John. I have not salted my food for a few years now and my diet is fresh and unprocessed and quite good actually.
