Yes, I have used CS for middle ear infection. Along with this , but at different times I have used oil of garlic tincture and a tincture called Ear and Nerve from Dr. Christopher. It takes awhile, but it does work. If you want specifics you may email me privately.I will be able to answer you this weekend, when I am at home. As for diet, I omit all dairy when I have this problem, and eat a clean diet. Diane M
