Your question is a bit hard to answer. Of course they could be
organic, and certainly will be beneficial to some degree.
This is not to say that is the best. ( pasteurized that is )
Homogenization is just as much responsible for the unhealthy aspects of
processed milk as pasteurization...
If the cows or chickens are sick, pasteurizing could be of value.
Only to the farmers bottom line - it doesn't turn an unhealthful
milk/egg into a healthy one.
If they are healthy, then it could be going in the wrong direction.
?
Of course I am sure that you prefer the raw organic over not but if
a person is unable to eat raw or organic, do you still think that
milk and eggs are good?
No... I would not eat/drink store-bought eggs/milk just because I
couldn't get raw, free range (truly free range, not
'technically-legal-marketing-speak'... unless maybe it was a matter of
life and death...
Local is best - visit the dairy/farm, see how they treat their animals,
how they 'process' the milk/eggs...
Everything is relative. If I can't get the best, I will take
second choice on many things. This included milk, eggs, and honey.
Since commercial is toxic poison, and raw/free range is healthy food -
why would you knowingly eat toxic poison?
As I have said many times before, I believe organic is
misunderstood, overrated, and in many cases no better than anything
else.
On this we agree...
The only possible advantage I see in Organic over man chelated
nutrients, is the possibly availability of minor and trace minerals.
And the *lack* of toxic chemicals in the form of pesticides/hormones...
The major nutrients are gobbled up by a plant, as long as they are in
the right form, no matter where they came from.
The liquid nutrient solution I use is man chelated. I have grown
cantaloupes so sweet that white sugar was running down the side like
varnish runs, sweet corn that normally grows 6 feet tall, I have
grown 10 feet tall with this magic stuff.
I'd be very interested in hearing some details of your methods and
formulas Wayne... what you are describing is intriguing...
Often I combine 3 to 6 kind of organic stuff in the media.
80 year old farmers have said my produce ( corn and tomatoes ) are
the best they have eaten in their whole lifetime.
You should write a book on how to do this - I know I'd be willing to
start my own garden if I had a decent guidebook - since I don't have the
background/knowledge already, and don't have the time to learn it by
trial and error.
