Thought I already had, but there's really nothing to it...
1:1 clay:charcoal ratio, so 2-4 teaspoons (of ea) in 8oz of pure water...
Adjust according to your own needs/wants, it isn't a big deal...
The only three things to be aware of:
1. the more you add, the thicker the slurry is
2. the more you add, the more chance it has for causing constipation
3. drink in between food/nutritional supplements - won't hurt anything,
but it will ad/absorb a good deal of them, resulting in wasted money and
less ad/absorption energy available for the toxins
