Since Herx is mainly a response to toxin load, and the chief breaker of toxins is glutathione the master antioxidant, (and the other antioxidants too) I'd suggest undenatured whey and selenium, the glutathione precursors as a minimum. On the candidiasis list many ladies are reducing their Herx by using precautions like this plus Homozon for oxygen delivery etc. The list had discussed glyconutrient pudding, which does that and more.
