Supposedly, what is actually going on is a quiet, highly classified attempt at mitigating the effects of 'global warming' by causing the atmosphere to be more 'reflective'.
why should that be a secret?
I should have thought that would be obvious... because of the 'collateral damage', in the form of people getting randomly sick and possibly dying...
