I've done a bit of reading, and it seems that all forms of magnesium have to
be changed into the chloride form to be bioavailable. Is this correct? Dee

Thanks, Ed.

For those wanting to know the difference and which is

The 'best' form of magnesium, this will help educate.

My preference is magnesium orotate as I've always

Heard it penetrates the cell. However, the magnesium

Chloride has an antibiotic effect that has fighting

Infection potential. Something to consider when

Choosing which one you want to take.

One could always take the magnesium orotates along

With their fighting infection potential CS. <chuckle>
