I was reading somewhere that too much silver in public waters might be a concern if they kill off the beneficial bacteria that roots need for getting food. OTOH, I also read that someone was putting it on their plants? maybe- more info needed....
As far as I know, CS is *very* good for plants. Adding CS water to wilting cut flowers will revive them, sometimes dramatically (try it sometime)...
