I found out when I had the flu, that Nyquill made me very sleepy, and let me sleep when I was very sick. Reading the label on the Walmart Equate brand indicated much the same ingredients. Now, when I cannot get to sleep, a small shot of the Equate night time medication does the job for me. I only use it when I have a real hard time sleeping. It works for me, may not work for others.
