tryptophan is no longer repressed by the FDA...they lifted that some time ago. i've seen it in a mail-order catalog for kids stuff, advertised as a way to enforce nap/sleeptime. bother your local health food store to order it in, they should be able to get it. it's just not back around because people aren't asking for it knowing it's again legal.
