Dear Mike,

Yes I think, all in all it is going pretty good so far. I am just so
tickled to have the independence of making my own when ever I want or
need. I had bartered a couple of times for three gallons over a time
period of 3 years. I ran out and so I bought my generator. Boy, as I
think back how selective and protective I was with my cs stock. you
can just imagine for it to last over three years time. I have already
noticed that I am more so taking at will and whim for GP's instead of
waiting till something is full blown.

I don't mind leaving it run other than I notice that sludge builds up
on the silver and ultimately dislodges or falls off into solution as I
lift the generator from the Jar. I had posted previously about this
matter, and have since been just letting the little bit that is there
settle and then pouring off as low as I can, The cream of the crop is
what I am placing in glass storage jars. :o)

I know on other lists I have heard people say their cs solution has
color but mine is as clear as clear could be, So that makes me happy
too.

Oh the generator I have has a built in stir circulator, well they call
it a stirrer but from all I can see it is introducing the the
slightest air movement below the surface, keeping consistent movement
throughout the process.

I don't know that I would ever personally use a gallon in a day but I
would like to get it to the point where I have stock to freely give it
as gifts to family members (I had xmas in mind can you tell) a nice
jar with a pretty bow and instructions for use. :o) What better to
give than a consumable gift for sustained good health. Geeze, I would
love a gift like that!!!!

With milk prices the way they are, I always suggest to add 5cc / gal
to extend the shelf life. I ran a mini experiment two years ago with
milk and orange juice.

Yes, you know I had to taste it. :o)
I typically get 5 weeks past the due date using that method, but when
it turns it turns like right now and has a distinct metal taste.......
