Ivan, You say you know this. How is it you know this? Did you experience the negative effects listed below and did those negative effects go away when you stopped using the vinegar? Are you just offering Jaffrey's opinion because you don't have one of your own? I have found that raw organic apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been quit helpful to me. No bad side effects listed below. My liver is fine, my mouth is fine etc. etc.
