I am reading the jar--- spirulina blue green algae(?) It also has chlorella
broken cell blue green algae, barley, alfalfa and wheatgrass, purple dulse
seaweeed, beet root, spinach leaf, rose hips, orange and lemon peels in a base
of saccharomyces cervaisiae yeast.
50% protein by weight. unheated Seems to work for me.. Costs a dollar a day.

I posted links to two supplements. Spirulina is an algae superfood that
also has trace minerals in a food matrix state with superior absorption, when
live spirulina is conjugated with USP grade vitamins/minerals you get the best
of both worlds. :-)

This looks good Ole, although the first two are prohibitively
expensive. I
quite like the look of Matrix though. One question; why not just take
        spirulina? Dee
