Carol Ann,

I do watch all the nature programs, probably saw them all. I'm very familiar
with the plight of a Cheetah that are so inbred that 85% of their genes are
identical. It is surprising that they are not extinct yet. I know of a Polar
Bear problems with the global warming. I know about bees being disoriented by
the pesticides and dying by the millions. And I do realize that if the bees
will go extinct so will we. I know about the assault that humans unleash on
the Earth. In a way I agree with the powers that be that there are too many
people on earth, do not agree with their method of genocide though.

The thought of ETs treating us like we treat animals is really chilling. But
then, we ARE less intelligent and advanced than they are... :( Wonder what are
their plans for us.... I don't think they want us extinct because the do have
means to do us in if they wanted to, right? They are visiting and observing
humans for eons but we are still here. I loved the books of Erich von Daniken,
read them all...LOL Very easy reading.

Anyway, I wish I saw a UFO but never did. Too bad...

Barbara

Barbara, you are right on point re the "coming to take a look at us,
Earthlings." :)

Have you ever watched the wild life shows wherein naturalists,
microbiologists, geneticists, environmental specialists, etc work as teams,
tagging and tracking animals. They monitor a species migration patterns,
habitat, mating rituals, the societies hierarchy, health, etc. etc.......to
determine longevity and/or which species are facing extinction.

Sometimes, they intervene by pass poaching regulations, cross/selective
breeding, etc and sometimes they let nature takes it course simply because
there is nothing that can be done. The Ice Caps, native habitat to the Polar
Bear, are melting. They the Polar cannot exist in the wild anywhere else on
Earth. I was watching a special on the nature channel that basically
concluded, Polar Bears are facing total extinction within the next 100 years.

What or who is to say that ETs do not have similar objectives. That they are
simply monitoring us as a species in the ways human scientists do with animals.
Its a 24/7 job taking place, from the deepest rain forests and tropics to the
Antarctic. I know, its a rather disheartening, dastardly idea, that humans, to
the ET's, could be nothing more than an interest or curiosity. That what we
ourselves do to animals that we consider to be lower, less intelligent life
forms on planet earth, ET's are doing with us.

Then again, when a species disappears or is threatened with extinction, the
eco system as a whole, and our lives, are affected. To some extent, seriously.
With profound consequences. The Honey Bee is a great example. It could also
be that if humans do become extinct, be it from their own stupid foolishness
and folly, ie. war/weapons of mass destruction, Somehow, the ET's existence
will be greatly affected as well. As the honey bee is a totality of Earths
microcosm, so are humans to the health and well being of the Galaxy, or
Universe.

Perhaps, certain ET's have a vested interest in our survival. Perhaps, among
them or their species, there are poachers?
