When my mother was a teenager (pre-1920s) she had a stomach ulcer and anaemia. She went to stay with her grandmother in Nebo, near Llanrwst, Denbighshire, up in the hills. Doctor's orders were that she should be given the milk from one particular cow only (not mixed or several). She got better. Thankyou and amen. Rowena Read the 1929 article from the Mayo Clinic. Seems they gave milk to 300 sick people.
