That means that there is some aggregation of the particles making the
larger. This is generally undesirable. Quite likely it is due to some
trace impurity in the bottle, maybe a bit of soap left over. make sure
bottles are rinsed very well, then a final rinse with distilled water.
Adding about 1/2 teaspoon per gallon of CS of H2O2 48 or so hours after
making it can help stabilize it as well.
