Even if you stopped taking CS daily it will get rid of the flu if you take
more than an tsp a day. I take an ounce an hour followed by a glass of
water to wash it down into my gut. I do this for a few hours for a day or
so and I am fine. Sometimes I gargle with it or spray it into my nose.
Then I go back to my daily of about a tb or an ounce. Works for me. Faith
