I didn't say it would stop ANY infection, but I did say
MOST any, and I stand by it.
Granted they were healthier in many ways than we are
today, but the majority of the food they ate was still
dead (cooked), and they ate a large amount of meat, and
they didn't understand food combining principles (mixed
starches with meats, etc). They still got the 'old age'
'diseases' like arthritis, gout, heart disease, etc,
which are simply symptoms of chronic malnutrition and a
lifetime of eating the wrong foods (milk, etc).
Also, most of the epidemics of the past, both recent
and distant, were due to extremely poor sanitary
conditions, which resulted in filth being consumed both
in the form of contaminated food, and air, and water.
Repeated exposure to this kind of living will
eventually end in an epidemic - when the immune systems
of the majority of people break down from the burden.
It takes YEARs for this to happen. The epidemic
actually started the day they started living in filth.
The absence of disease does NOT equate to health, and
most people are simply one germ away from having an
immune system breakdown ('catching' a cold, the flu,
etc). The truly healthy man is the one who NEVER
catches anything, no matter HOW many people with colds
or the flu or whatever he is around. This man eats lots
of fresh, raw fruits and veggies and their juices, eats
lots of the superfoods, gets plenty of fresh air and
sunshine, fasts regularly, and has spent many years
cleansing his body of the wastes he accumulated early
in his life (assuming he was not raised on fresh, raw
foods and taught how to cleanse his internal body and
keep his immune system strong).
