Almost all nuts are roasted, even those in the shell.
Most people don't like raw nuts.
Enough still enjoy boiled peanuts [legumes actually] to buy raw peanuts to
boil or eat raw, so those are easy to find [in the South, anyhow]
You'll likely have to look harder for other raw nuts.
