Funny thing about peanuts... lately, the last couple of years or so,
peanuts are not digesting much at all, and once or twice it started
my throat to swell. I am not sure if it is me, or if the peanuts are
contaminated with aflatoxins or chemicals. The digestion piece of it
seems like it is me, but the other part seems like contamination.

Almost all nuts are roasted, even those in the shell.
Most people don't like raw nuts.
Enough still enjoy boiled peanuts [legumes actually] to buy raw
peanuts to boil or eat raw, so those are easy to find [in the South,

You'll likely have to look harder for other raw nuts.

Aflatoxins can cause swelling, primarily leg and abdomen though. I have
stopped eating at the Texas road house because in the last year, every
time I eat there, I seem to get aflatoxins, which CS does not do much for.
