The procedure was very easy. As for side effects (if there are any) it is my understanding that they are different for everyone. Faith G.

However, my eye Doctor suggested vitamins for eye nutrition called "Ocuvite" by Bausch and Lomb. I buy them in the pharmacy. I try to get them on sale. They are an antioxidant vitamin and mineral supplement and I have been taking them for a couple of years. They contain Vita A, Vit C, Vit E, Zinc Selenium,, Copper and Lutein. I now see that they also contain a lot of other stuff which I am not so sure about. I take a lot of vitamins so I get plenty of supplemental nutrition. Faith G.
