Hello, Coconut oil is said to be good for improving thyroid function. I have not been officially diagnosed with hypothyroidism, but I have a lot of the symptoms, and I have found that coconut oil helps some. I also take kelp and other sea vegetables, and a mix of angstrom minerals called "Theta Hypothyroid" from the Wolfe Clinic, available at Amazon.com.
