No it doesn't have a clock but it says it shuts off when empty. I found it really good and easy to use and realised what Ode meant about covering the transducer when I used it (duh!) the only thing is, do you have to have it high up because I notice the mist sort of drops and can't see how it actually gets around the room? I did take in a few good lungfuls though so now feel confident if I get an infection again. Dee
