Hi Pedro...
Another interesting post. I hadn't thought to try and re-brew cs. Would be
a job but if any of the higher ppm's I've already made show promise, then it
might be worth trying this.
Off to the vets, Lin

Subject: RE: CS>Settled Out
i've made really strong CS with my Colloid Master AC for quite awhile by
turning the dial all the way up, brewing until it won't run anymore not
worrying about it turning grey/blackish... then letting it settle down and
filtering and re-brewing... doing that a number of times, then filtering
it
weekly for a month or two. it eventually ends up crystal clear with no
tyndall at all, and reads well over 60 uS with a com-100. once it's like
that it's stable for a long time, and i think probably all ionic... but
i've
been convinced fresher, lower strength with the particles still in it but
still appearing very clear is probably better, so i use the really strong
aged stuff to top up bottles as i always need a couple oz more to fill a
liter bottle.
i use "oxygen cleansed" (?) filter papers (white) from costco, 4 layers of
them, and since i use one to make coffee every day anyway i don't worry
about contaminants in it... and i re-use the same filters for quite awhile
(until too clogged) hoping that overall gives less contaminants over time.
i believe your stuff would eventually settle out at home.
i wouldn't shake it up before drinking ... just the opposite: pour
carefully to leave the fallout on the bottom.
i don't know but doubt if proximity to frig or m'wave would matter. being
agitated is probably more likely to contribute to fallout.

Subject: CS>Settled Out
My son has complained before that his colloidal silver has
settled out. Today I saw with my own eyes two jars of it which
I'd made a couple months ago. They had no Tyndall. Do you think
that might mean the ionic silver is settled out, too? Could I
learn the answer to that with a pwt meter? I no longer strain my
CS because I don't want the chemicals from the filters to
contaminate. I'm very careful about cleaning the jars and shake
distilled water in each and empty that before I add the distilled
water to make CS. I use a Colloid Master AC. I just wipe the
silver bars with paper towel. My stuff doesn't settle out at
home. Do you think keeping it near a refrigerator and microwave
could harm it?
If one has settled out and you have no other, would it be bad to
shake it up and then use some? Daughter in law got food
poisoning yesterday it sounds like from a gyro at the Greek
Festival possibly. She said she used some of the CS and it
helped (not shaken up).
