Hi, Faith,
I think so. I have a problem with certain molds, that when I get too
much of an exposure, it messes up my digestion in a huge way. This can
be a problem in rainy weather too, not just indoor mold. So far, what
is working is this:
a shot of cs in the am sometime,
digestive enzymes with certain foods,
eating live yogurt daily (soy for me) or some kind of probiotic
avoiding anything not very fresh, meaning no leftovers if I am doing
poorly.
I am now tolerating the calcium citrate just fine, also some magnesium
etc.
The CS has killed off enough of whatever was bothering me (fungus,
lyme, or whatever) so that I can take quite a bit at a time if I feel
like it.
I have even started weightlifting.

Dear Kathryn: I don't remember, but did you ever resolve the problem
with calcium citrate which you felt you were not absorbing? What form
of calcium are you using now? thanks. Faith G.

Dear Wayne.
I was just doing a little experiment on some calcium citrate, trying
to get it to dissolve in water, with not much luck. Do you think
there is a way to chelate calcium at home?
