Hi Kathryn.
After reading Brooks Bradley's recent message on calcium I went ahead and
ordered calcium citrate. And because I have osteoporosis I also ordered
extra manganese. (Blessings to Brooks).
I am eating plain low fat live Greek style yogurt every morning with a tb.
of flax seed oil with lignans (from the Budwig diet). I do not care for the
flaxseed oil taste so I dress it up with a little fruit that is chopped and
juicy. I also take molecularly distilled (only) cold liver fish oil every
day.
Weight lifting? Okay muscles. No, I know that weight lifting is great for
you but I just don't want to do it. My exercise of choice is walking. I
hate the gym.
I have a suspicion that cs aggravates my eczema because I itch like crazy if
I take 3 or 4 tb of cs in one day, so I haven't been using cs as much lately
as previously. I am now using cs only if I get a stomach bug or something.

I think so. I have a problem with certain molds, that when I get too much
of an exposure, it messes up my digestion in a huge way. This can be a
problem in rainy weather too, not just indoor mold. So far, what is
working is this:
a shot of cs in the am sometime,
digestive enzymes with certain foods,
eating live yogurt daily (soy for me) or some kind of probiotic
avoiding anything not very fresh, meaning no leftovers if I am doing
poorly.
I am now tolerating the calcium citrate just fine, also some magnesium
etc.
The CS has killed off enough of whatever was bothering me (fungus, lyme,
or whatever) so that I can take quite a bit at a time if I feel like it.
I have even started weightlifting.
