Distilled H2O is stripped of all minerals. This makes it super absorbent and will dissolve the minerals out of the body, add the good minerals back. R/O strips the minerals out to making it acidic, too.

This statement doesn't really stand up to much 'common sense' examination and I doubt there's any credible research to support it either. It suggests that rain water is bad for you. It also ignores the fact that the distilled water would become impure the second it hits the stomach. And, even if it was true, then you would have to conclude that ordinary tap water at about 300 ppm is still 'super absorbent'. (Water can 'absorb' up to 30,000 ppm at least, as evidenced by sea water.)

Its possible that purified water may lack some useful minerals but thats another issue.
