Thanks for this Mike. The reason I have been cleaning it all again was
because I thought that the slightly yellow CS might cause the new stuff to
go yellow too, but as that happened anyway, I can see now that it shouldn't.
I do have to pour the CS from the jar into the bottles with a plastic
funnel. I did use a Pyrex jug but I thought *that* had caused the problem
because it has been washed with detergent. Having said that, I washed the
jar I use to make the CS with detergent and there is no problem with that,
as whatever is left in there, never goes yellow! Thanks again Mike, and

The less you do the better, Ma'am.
Don't do anything to the jar you make it in, except keep it covered
between batches.
