you can just stay in the same spot and walk in place for five min or so very
effective at moving circulation by moving arms and legs as if marching in
place. Jess

I walk in the house when the weather is bad. I just turn on the tv or
some music and listen to it while I walk the house. I think it helps.
Better than no exercise or suffering in the heat or cold. I encourage it.

He is on synthroid now. This morning when I took his temperature he was
at 99 but he had been drinking tea so that may have effected the temp. I
have been giving him CoQ10 and milk thistle to try to compensate for some of
what is going on due to the drugs. He thinks the pain medication might be
causing some of it and is backing off that. He didn't take any pain
medication for a couple days when I first got him home but I thought he was
trying to tough things out to much. He has a high pain tolerance.

I think more walking would help but the weather is so hot. He's trying
to walk so many minutes at a time in the house but that gets old I'm sure.
I've told him he needs some sunshine but sometimes the heat takes his breath
away. It's been storming in the afternoons so we haven't been able to go
out like we were. He has always been an outside kind of guy and staying
inside is very trying for him. He has had malaria and lyme in the distant
past. I don't know if these two things could still be playing in his
system.

    Thanks, Dianne

I just got into this discussion, so what I'm suggesting may have
already been mentioned. But one of the first things I'd get checked is
thyroid function.

Hi Dianne. I hope the Doctor is able to figure this out for you . I
have had night sweats for over a year off and on and it can be very trying
because of the lack of sleep . My Doctor can.t figure out what is causing
mine .I have never heard about parasites being a possible cause . I have
never done a cleanse before i was going to try that. I think mine might
have something to do with recent root canals about two years ago . I do make
and use my own cs and occasionally get relief .I have noticed that when i
take a sleeping pill i don't get the night sweats and I'm able to get a full
nights sleep .That is not helping the problem but i do feel better because
