You need to drink more water.  You need to drink at least eight 8-ounce
glasses f water every day.  Not tea, not coffee, but water.  When we don't
drink enough water everything dries out:  hair, skin, eyes, muscles, organs,
everyting.
 
I used to have muscle cramps, but no more.  Faith G.
