When using the nasal inhaler, I sprayed and inhaled through the mouth. It is
much easier and does not iritate the nasal passages. There are some brown
bottle HP without stabalizers. If I remember right Aaron is one.

Subject: CS>inhaling cs and drug store peroxide

Since Bill Munro has been using the brown jug h2o2 for some 20 years and is
now 89, I decided to give it a try. Actually, I only used the h2o2 by itself,
using a nasal inhaler. I did 5 to 7 deep inhales while pumping the inhaler two
times, making about 14 inhalations per try. I did this 3 times per day.
Resulted in hot water nose for about 3 days. I did this about 3 days before
the nose thing started. It took 5 days before I got around people again. I
did not feel ill during this time, but didn't want to scare people thinking I
had flu or something. Haven't decided yet whether I will try again more slowly
or not. pj ps From what I have learned, all the peroxides have
stabilizers in them. The 27 and 35 % types have ones different from the ones
in the brown jug, but all of them have things added. I am not sufficiently
informed to decide which ones are worst, and since Mr. Munro has had good
success with the 'brownie', that may be okay. imho
