Well, just a stab at it.......
1000ml= 1 liter Duh!
Hmmmm a liter is a little bigger than a gallon.
4 quarts to a gal so that would be ~250ml to a quart.
4 cups to a quart? ~63ml to a cup
~answer= about 3cups?
Didn't look anything up, so how'm I doin'?
