One gallon happens to have 3.78 liters. A cup is 8 oz.; 2 cups per pint; 2 pints per quart; 4 quarts per gallon. So there so there are 16 cups per 3.78liters (3780 ml) i.e. one cup has 236.25 ml. so 160/236 = .677 or 2/3 of a cup.
