George ~

As I told Faith in another post; I guess I was not very clear in my prior
listing. My problem never started until AFTER I had Lasik on my eyes. Dry eye
is a common occurrance after this type of surgery. My feeling is that the
surgery itself caused somy type of "allergy" problem, which, by the way, I
strongly feel is not an "allergy" at all but a sensitivity to "something" now
lacking in my eyes secondary to the surgery.

I do use "allergy" eye drops and they help but what I was wondering is if CS
and/or a combination of CS with DMSO and/or MMS would eliviate the problem
completely so that I would not have to use drops any more at all; one for dry
eyes, another for "allergy" eyes.

  Thanks for your reply.

        Carole,

My eye doctor pointed me to a over-the counter item for red eyes when
I have “allergy problems" ..These are just lub drops that I have to use day
by day till
I get through the thing. They are Refresh Liquigel (Moderate to severe Dry
Eye)
These work for me ..I take Bromelain, a probotic and a natural anti
histimene.for the allergy
and CS in a spray bottel with some MSM and DMSO to kill the little boggier

that can lead to an infection in your nasal cavity.

Hi All. I have been reading the posts on eye drop recipes for cataracts.
I believe someone else mentioned that they use a specific formula for dry eyes.
My question is this and please, if anyone else on this list has this problem
let me know if you have any success with anything you use. I had Lasik surgery
on my eyes last November; it’s been about 9 months now. I have extremely dry
eyes when I awake. I also have problems with eye “allergies” as the surgeon
told me. This “allergy problem” was never a problem before I had the surgery.
Anyway, what I am wondering is if there is something I can use to alleviate
both the dry eyes and the allergy eyes. Thanks for any suggestions/solutions.
I am a newbie to this list and have already learned so much from all of you
that post.
