I remember that book but never read the whole book. It
does make sense to get the proper liquids and greens
before worrying about the meat. Recently I read where
certain blood types could not eat meat but didn't see
how the blood type would keep you from digesting
meat??

We live in a VERY small place on a lake so forget
being able to get your nutrition from the grocery
other than SMALL items occasionally. Really, what did
they do for 40 years in the wilderness? Perhaps we
ought to look back to God for our provisions.

Thank you,
Leslie
