Morning Dee,

The difference in "Who to Blame" and "Who is responsible" is very
important in all phases of life, even in politics.
This is so true sol, because even nutrients which are supposed to
help, can, in some people, be very bad.
Careful now, you are blaming the chicken for the egg. Lots of
things are responsible.
Tell me a single nutrient that is BAD ? I have eaten soy for many
years, never had a single problem, Raw eggs too, and a gallon of
milk a day at times.
A whole pecan pie, and wild cherries that some say are poison !
I have drank water out of creeks, rivers, and dead lakes.
Waded in the algae that some say are poison. What else ?
If you can't handle a nutrient or mineral, ........ too BAD.
What is BAD ? Improper metabolism, compromised body chemistry,
or failure of the body to communicate and tell other organs and
glands what to do.
Nothing more, nothing less.
In addition, all research has been done with sick people. Where did
they find 2, 10, of 99 healthy people ?
Any in the crowd ? Please stand up and be counted.
Even the blood reports are flawed, no scientific standards at
all. The Averages of only sick people,
Who is crazy, us of them ?
I think it is a case of trial and error with most things, and
maybe a touch of moderation as well.
While that is true, it is not the whole story, ........ you know
that. <grin>
I think all human bodies need the same nutrients, minerals, and all
function virtually alike,
IF........... IF, ...... they are perfect and healthy. Not many of
those, so I have
to say, that is theoretical, ......... not fact.
Unfortunately, I hate to say, as I get older I notice things
happening that did not exist
for the past 50 years. But I generally know exactly what to do to
make those problems disappear.
I could give you many examples.
So, all the off the wall, oddball stuff that most of you say,
.......... is true.
But you never state, "I am talking about sick people, NOT Healthy people" !
A large amount of it, is not true, when applied to healthy people.

Morning Neville,
Interesting......... I got blamed for something Neville wrote <grin>
So........ I will reply to it.
The problem there is no one knows for certain what is a good
habit or what is a bad one. There are some things that time has
proven bad, but over my lifetime,
Time did not prove anything. Something else proved it. Better
try to find out what ! !
Every damn thing I do to improve my health in one area causes
detriment somewhere else.
Massive Confusion, is the only way I can sum up that.
Something is Malfunctioning. Don't blame the material, nutrient,
compound, or mineral.
Find out what is RESPONSIBLE, not WHO to BLAME !
It is extremely frustrating to say the least. Things are always
more complicated than they appear. And this particularly applies to
the human body and diet and health.

Still not sure who said what, but it sounds like Neville. I
about have him
figured out. <grin> Of course SOL can confuse me too but I try
hard to get unconfused.

Not really. One can remain confused if they wish and if they try.
Just like in Electronics and making CS. Many people jump in too
deep too quick, and
cannot understand the facts. They worry and become confused.
Knowing what you understand and what you don't is of utmost importance.
I can tell you how to limit and lessen the confusion, maybe eliminate
it all together.
One must file these two different categories of facts in a different
domain in the brain.
The brain has a finite memory for ONE domain. Things do not need to
be mixed up.
Yes, I understand that as one uses brain cells, more are made than
the number you used.
Maybe, in some cases.
Nevertheless, different domains are important. It helps recall and
limits confusion.
Put the things you do not understand into a special domain. In time,
they maybe be able to move to a different domain.
I have studied the brain and brain nutrients a lot.
I have seen my brain do things that even amazed me such as
remembering a complete chess game and going home to record
it. Remembering a complete program. Ect.
This was the first thing that got my attention.
I walked up to a complex piece of equipment I had to fix.
I stood there.
Within one second or less, my brain accessed everything I knew about
it, and I went straight to the problem and fixed it within minutes.
What is happening, I thought ?
How fast can this happen ? What is the data rate ? I do not know.
I think it is relatively fast. At times at least.
Brain energy and heart energy are much alike. Without them both, you
are in great danger, walking on thin ice.
When I used to work several days and night straight, I made sure I
kept the energy for the brain well supplied. If not, I could not do
the complicated work I had to do.
Plain and simple.
Many programmers work until they can no longer think. They have to
stop. They have told me so.
So, .......... try to make and use more domains in the brain.
You will be greatly rewarded.
