But without going into the long rigmarole that you are fond of Wayne, <vbg> it is much simpler to say that while some nutrients or whatever, are essential for most, they are not for *some*! Never mind the reasons, it is still a fact that some healthy things do not agree with some people. To me that is self explanatory without going into the myriad of reasons *why* this is so, or where the blame lies, if indeed, one could label such a phenomena, as blame. It is also a fact that some so-called 'health' things are not healthy i.e. soy. Apparently this is because it has the wrong sort of 'chain' for want of a better word, that the human body can utilize. Not the fermented or sprouted sort I hasten to add, which is perfectly fine. Now, I'm not talking about you Wayne, but just ordinary mortals! Take me for instance, I cannot eat anything fibrous as it causes a traffic jam for days, and much discomfort, and yet we are continuously exhorted to eat fibre to be healthy. As I said, horses for courses. dee

The difference in "Who to Blame" and "Who is responsible" is very important in all phases of life, even in politics.

This is so true sol, because even nutrients which are supposed to help, can, in some people, be very bad.

Careful now, you are blaming the chicken for the egg. Lots of things are responsible.

Tell me a single nutrient that is BAD ? I have eaten soy for many years, never had a single problem, Raw eggs too, and a gallon of milk a day at times.
A whole pecan pie, and wild cherries that some say are poison !
