Thanks Marshall, by concentrated do you mean a higher ppm? My generator
makes it at about 7 TDS which I believe is roughly 14ppm. I have to say
it does taste very 'metally' compared to the bought stuff from Rivers of
Health which I used to get. I don't know whether this is because it is
stronger (theirs was supposed to be 10ppm) or whether it is because mine
takes such a long time to brew - or even if the water I use is very
pure. dee
