Better to take iron in as foods or herbs like yellow dock, red beet root,
red raspberry leaves, chickweed, burdock root, nettle leaves, mullein
leaves, etc. Or is there a colloidal form of iron?

I had a friend with very low iron according to his blood tests, his nails
were very white instead of pink (the flesh under the nail) and later learned
that he had cancer. I always wondered if the cancer was feeding on the
iron. In other words, the anemia was a result of the cancer. I had read
somewhere that high iron increases the risk of heart problems and cancer.
