Actually, I have read that that is true. Iron that is too high does feed
and stimulate cancer.
Heart problems too.
And I'm not actually avoiding iron in foods, but am avoiding foods with
iron above a certain level. No cast iron. And will soon be taking iron
blocking supplements.
