But the thing is Indi, that if all of us had reacted the way you did, and would not try it because there was not any provable data, then we would *all* have been very badly off indeed, and would *never* have ever used EIS! I for one, would have been much the poorer in health. Therefore I would strongly disagree with you about the need to be able to prove anything before recommending it. dee

But no, I was left thinking, "what a bunch of loonies!", because of all the
absolute statements and unsubstantiable claims presented as "data".
I had to get really, desperately, on-my-last-legs ill before I tried it, and
even then I probably wouldn't have except a friend whom I'd discussed it
with bought it for me. Now I'm a believer, but I *still* do not know what I do
not know, and I recognize that.
