You have not studied animals much. They are totally different than humans.
Humans have fear, reasoning, worry, and many other things that the
lower animals do not have.
Pain is virtually meaningless to the lower animals.
But, we can do amazing things.
Once I told my brain, ......... "No Pain".
You could have hit me on the shin with a baseball bat, and I would
have laughed.
Years back, we used to swap links in the stomach. Some guys could
knock you down.
No pain. And it does not knock the breath out of you, once you
learn how to do it.
Humans are animals also, but........ Things are different.
For example, ......... no deer in the world can see as good as I can.
Reason being, .......... I can analyze what I see and the deer is a
fool. He cannot analyze
anything. Instinct is all, just like the fish. ( I could give you
many examples that prove this )
Of course I cannot smell as good or hear as good as deer. The
shape of the deer's ear
provides 17 db of gain, just the shape of the ear.
Yes, I have tested the hearing of deer many times. Amazing to say the least.
while sensing the suffering of plants usually requires some sort of
technology to augment the senses.
Another subject and another book. Maybe later..........
My friend Roy (also vegetarian) can coax bass to come to the surface and
take bread balls right out of his hand. I call him the fish whisperer.
Fish.......... I have read every book in some libraries on fish. (
and hundreds of others )
I doubt that Roy, you, or many other people can tell me anything I do not know.
( maybe a biologist could )
I have studied Frog Men, all their defences, all the technology
available to them,
tons about water, lakes, and fish. Many of these things relate to
real world problems and
solutions. ( and I have spent thousands of hours on the water
verifying things )
Fish may have unimpressive looking brains, but there's something more
than we suspect going on in there...
Hearsay evidence and speculation, that is what that is. Deal
with the facts if you have any.
Yes, they have great instinct and habit. Very positive
movements. Weather, wind, light,
temperature, all effect them. I have caught fish and immediately
force a temperature sensor into the fish to determine exactly what
layer or water he had been staying in.
Often the water is the same temperature, 35, 40, and 50 feet
deep. No temperature layers in some of the shallower lakes. Deeper
ones are not the same.
I have patterned fish in 20 degree weather. It took me 3 to 4 hours
to find the first one.
After that, every time I placed my lure in a similar place, guess what?
One more Bass.
Even with humans, there is a
complex nerve center near the heart which some studies suggest may be
as important as the brain for what we think of as human consciousness.
Nothing to disagree with on that.
Is there such a thing as a "Non Complex" nerve center? I doubt it.
A healthy body, supposedly, the DNA structure has the blueprint
for ever cell in the body and
can rebuild them all, .........
Except Nerve cells and brain cells.
Of course the brain can activate more cells, but if one cell dies
or becomes damaged, I think it is
scrapped. Where it goes, I do not know.
The blood brain barrier is very interesting indeed. Some things it
will not let into the brain.
Many compounds used by the brain are in fact, manufactured in the brain.
Energy for the brain and energy for the heart is on utmost
importance. Without them, you can die for many reasons. I would
include minerals and electrolytes along with energy.
The Heart needs 60 percent of it energy from FATS. Better read that twice.
How many EFA profiles have you seen? Mine was done by the Mayo Clinic.
Every single one was in the normal range.
This worries me about the people who's mind has been poisoned by all
the lies about fats.
Some of my friends have been to idiot doctors that spend 20 to 30
grand on tests to no avail.
All they needed was energy and electrolytes for the heart. Nothing
more, nothing less.
Hard to find a stopping point.
What were we talking about, ......... Fish and Plants. <grin>
