CS>Re:Oxidants taken with antioxidants counterproductive?

If one is taking oxidants as in the beck protocol (ozone water often, 
Cs,etc.) to get at pathogens is it counterproductive to take 
anti-oxidants?How does one protect from free-radical damage then?
